Rudolph Angel Vega Jr., a 27-year-old male, was fatally shot in a road rage incident in Tucson, Arizona, on March 4, 2021. The altercation occurred while both vehicles were traveling westbound on West Valencia Road. Vega was a passenger in one of the cars involved in the dispute. During the argument, the driver of the other vehicle, David Rivera, fired his weapon, striking Vega.

Following the shooting, the vehicle carrying Vega proceeded to a nearby hospital, but he succumbed to his injur ...
