Sebastian Phillip Foye, a 10-year-old boy, tragically lost his life on December 19, 2020, in Tucson, Arizona. He was born on January 8, 2010, in High Point, North Carolina, and had moved to Tucson with his family in 2014.

The circumstances of his death are deeply disturbing. Investigators found that Sebastian was shot by his father, Phillip Foye. According to the investigation, Phillip Foye fired his weapon at Sebastian, causing the child's death, before turning the gun on himself.
