In the quiet of a Tucson, Arizona home, the life of 10-year-old Sebastian Phillip Foye, a male, came to a tragic end on December 18, 2020. The young boy, who was described as happy and healthy, was shot by his father as he slept in his bed. His mother later recounted the horrific moment she learned of her son's death, when the boy's father called her and screamed, 'I'm finally going to win! I killed our son,' followed by a texted image of Sebastian with a gunshot wound to his head.
