On a late Saturday afternoon in Tucson, Arizona, on May 16, 2020, a verbal dispute outside a market escalated into a fatal, gang-related shooting that claimed the life of 29-year-old Omar Rascon. The incident unfolded at approximately 3:45 p.m. at a market located at 4129 E. 29th Street.
