On the night of Monday, April 19, 2021, a young man’s life was tragically cut short in a parking lot in Phoenix, Arizona. Eighteen-year-old Steven Kenneth King Hernandez was killed in the area of 1500 W. Osborn Road at approximately 10:27 p.m. The male victim was pronounced dead at the scene, plunging a family and community into mourning for the young man who had not yet reached his nineteenth birthday.
