Authorities arrested a woman in connection with the September shooting death of a man in a parking lot next to a Phoenix apartment complex.

The Arizona WANTED Violent Offender Task Force Team found Ashley Rios, 22, in Tucson and arrested her on suspicion of killing William Jones, 26, after a monthlong investigation, the Phoenix Police Department said in a news release.
