In the late hours of a Monday evening in Phoenix, Arizona, tragedy befell Roberto Juan Taylor-Vargas, a 32-year-old Hispanic man. On October 18, 2021, at approximately 11:30 p.m., police were called to the area of 35th Avenue and Dunlap Avenue in response to a shooting.
