In the winter of 2021, the life of a young man, Elijah Santillanez Garcia, was tragically cut short in Tucson, Arizona. On the night of Tuesday, November 30, 2021, the 21-year-old male became a victim of gun violence. The fatal shooting occurred near the intersection of 36th Street and Kino Parkway.
