In the early morning hours of July 23, 2022, the life of Cody Seth Hinsley, a 27-year-old Caucasian male, was cut tragically short in Tucson, Arizona. Just after 3:00 a.m., Tucson Police Department patrol officers were dispatched to an apartment complex located at 4100 E. 29th Street following numerous reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival at the midtown location, they discovered Hinsley unresponsive in the parking lot, suffering from gunshot trauma.
