In the early morning hours of September 18, 2022, a grim discovery was made under a bridge near 20th Street and McDowell Road in Phoenix, Arizona. A 59-year-old, White male named Rick Wagge was found with a fatal gunshot wound. Phoenix police responded to a call about the shooting at approximately 2:30 a.m. and pronounced him dead at the scene.
