A 59-year-old, White male named Rick Wagge was found with a fatal gunshot wound. Phoenix police responded to a call about the shooting at approximately 2:30 a.m. and pronounced him dead at the scene.
The death of Rick Wagge was one of a string of violent incidents that plagued Phoenix that weekend, with a total of four people being killed in
