Dominick Joel Herrera, a 19-year-old Hispanic/Latino male from Avondale, Arizona, died on November 14, 2022, after sustaining a self-inflicted gunshot wound inside a residence where officers were attempting to serve a search warrant connected to an earlier shooting.
