Dominick Joel Herrera, a 19-year-old from Avondale, Arizona, died on November 14, 2022, as a result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Herrera was the suspect in a shooting that occurred at a family gathering in early October 2022, where he shot eight people, resulting in the death of 37-year-old Patrick Fowler. The incident took place near 63rd Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road in Phoenix.
