In the early morning hours of December 30, 2023, a violent encounter in Avondale, Arizona, claimed the life of 29-year-old Hector Zepeda. The Laveen man was the victim of a fatal shooting that unfolded near 107th Avenue and Buckeye Road. Another man was also injured in the incident, but survived.
