In the early morning hours of a Sunday in Avondale, Arizona, a dispute between neighbors escalated into a fatal encounter. Ramon Oseguera, a 55-year-old Hispanic male, was found deceased in his garage on April 15, 2018, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The tragic events unfolded around 5 a.m. when Avondale police responded to a call of shots fired at a residence. Upon their arrival, they discovered Oseguera's body.
