In the late hours of a Sunday evening, the life of 55-year-old Reydesel “Ray” Parra, a male business owner from Phoenix, was tragically cut short. On November 20, 2022, in Glendale, Arizona, Parra was at an apartment complex in the 5700 block of North 59th Avenue when the fatal incident occurred. He was visiting his girlfriend and had just left a family gathering. Parra was reportedly making a second trip to bring items upstairs to his girlfriend's apartment when he was shot.
