Reydesel “Ray” Parra, a 55-year-old resident of Glendale, Arizona, was fatally shot on the night of November 20, 2022. Parra was the owner of Ray's European Garage, a mechanic shop located in Phoenix.

The incident occurred near 59th Avenue, where Parra was found by police officers responding to the scene. The circumstances of his death led to an investigation, which resulted in the arrest of a suspect.
