John Martinez Ramirez, a 25-year-old Hispanic man, was found with a fatal gunshot wound inside a vehicle in west Phoenix on the afternoon of November 27, 2022. The car was located in an alley near the intersection of 43rd Avenue and Indian School Road. Phoenix police responded to a shooting call just before 1:45 p.m. and discovered Ramirez at the scene, where he was pronounced deceased.
