On the night of December 22, 2023, Quincy McMillon, a 28-year-old male, was working as a Lyft driver in Phoenix, Arizona, when his life was tragically cut short. Police were initially called to an apartment complex near 19th and Northern avenues around 9:00 p.m. for a reported fight. As officers were responding to the scene, the situation escalated dramatically when a 911 caller reported that shots had been fired.
