In the late hours of a Friday evening in Phoenix, Arizona, a dispute escalated into a fatal encounter that ended the life of Ramon Patino. On September 17, 2021, the 39-year-old Hispanic man was involved in a verbal argument with two other men. The confrontation took a tragic turn when Patino was shot. The incident occurred at approximately 10:05 p.m. in the area of 1700 West Atlanta Avenue.
