In the early morning hours of April 15, 2024, a dispute in a shopping center parking lot near 83rd Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road in Phoenix, Arizona, ended in the tragic death of 38-year-old Daniel Amos Kemp. Police responded to the scene around 9 a.m. and found Kemp with at least one gunshot wound. Despite the life-saving efforts of the Phoenix Fire Department, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
