In the early hours of a Sunday morning over Labor Day weekend in 2024, a family gathering in Phoenix, Arizona, took a tragic turn, ending the life of 28-year-old Darius Anthony Rain. The male victim was of Hispanic/Latino ethnicity. Just after midnight on September 1st, police were called to a residence near 2400 West Voltaire Avenue, responding to a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Rain with a gunshot wound to his head.
