James "Jim" Raymon Minshall, Sr., a 71-year-old resident of Council Bluffs, passed away on September 17, 2014, in Omaha, Nebraska. Minshall was the owner and operator of JR's Jewelry & Gifts, a store located in a busy shopping district in central Omaha.
