In the morning hours of March 23, 2016, the life of Theodore E. Williams, a 31-year-old Black/African American male, came to a tragic end in a north Omaha, Nebraska residence. The scene, near North 46th Street and Kansas Avenue, was one of violence that left neighbors shaken by the sound of gunshots in the daylight.
