On November 9, 2017, a tragic incident occurred in Omaha, Nebraska, involving 29-year-old Julio Cesar-Ortega. In the early hours of the morning, just before 1 AM, an Omaha police officer made a startling discovery in the parking lot of the Northeast Police Precinct. The officer found Cesar-Ortega dead inside a car parked outside the station.
