On August 30, 2022, a tragic incident occurred in Omaha, Nebraska, resulting in the death of 19-year-old Alon Reed. The young man was killed in his own home during a home invasion, leaving his mother, Alicia Sexton, devastated and calling for changes in the juvenile justice system.
