In the early hours of a Sunday morning, the life of Terry L. Warren, a 47-year-old Black / African American male, was tragically cut short on June 17, 2018, in Omaha, Nebraska. The incident that led to his death unfolded near the intersection of 16th and Victor Streets, where he was discovered inside a vehicle, having sustained a gunshot wound.
