In the quiet, rural community of Port Penn, Delaware, the life of 43-year-old Matthew Kennedy, a Caucasian male, was violently cut short in the spring of 2015. In the early morning hours of Sunday, May 31st, Kennedy was found lying in the parking lot of the VFW Post 838 on West Market Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper torso.
