On January 23, 2021, 28-year-old Kwantae Hovington was fatally shot in Seaford, Delaware. Hovington, a resident of the town, was found suffering from gunshot wounds in the early morning hours. Police responded to the scene shortly after the shooting and quickly began investigating the circumstances surrounding the death.
