In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Newark, Delaware, a disturbance shattered the quiet of a residence on Ethan Allen Court. It was just before 1:00 a.m. on June 8, 2021, when police were first dispatched. While officers were on their way, a second call came in, escalating the situation from a mere disturbance to a shooting.
