On March 17, 2009, 19-year-old Justin Davis Trnka was found deceased in his vehicle behind the BJ's Wholesale Club at 100 Pencader Plaza in Newark, Delaware. The vehicle's engine was still running when authorities arrived. Trnka had sustained a gunshot wound to the upper torso and was pronounced dead upon arrival at Christiana Hospital.
