A grim discovery on July 9, 2021, began to unravel the tragic story of 23-year-old James Jackson, a Black / African American man from New Castle, Delaware. His body was found inside a vehicle in Trainer, Pennsylvania, prompting an immediate investigation by law enforcement. Officers in Trainer were initially drawn to the vehicle due to a foul odor, leading them to the disturbing finding in the trunk.
