James Jackson, a 23-year-old Black / African American male, was identified as the victim in a homicide investigation that began on July 9, 2021, after police in Trainer, Pennsylvania, found his body inside a vehicle in Delaware County. Officers had been called to the 1200 block of Langley Street around 7:30 after a report of a suspicious vehicle. What first drew attention to the car was a foul odor coming from the trunk, and after authorities obtained a search warrant, Jackson was found inside. ...
