Kajuan Malik Warren, 30, a Black/African American male from Wilmington, Delaware, died on September 14, 2024, after a daylight shooting near East 22nd Street and Lamotte Street in Wilmington. The violence unfolded around 1:30 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon, when police and emergency crews were called to the area for reports that two people had been shot. Warren was found suffering from gunshot wounds and was taken from the scene in critical condition.
