On a cold winter day in Westbrook, Maine, the life of 12-year-old Susan Allard, a young female, was tragically cut short in a devastating family event on February 8, 1968. This event also resulted in the deaths of her father, Roger G. Allard, age 47, her mother, Frances Allard, age 43, and her brother, Peter Charles Allard. The entire family was discovered deceased in their home from gunshot wounds.
