On February 8, 1968, in Westbrook, Maine, 43-year-old Frances Cecile Laliberty Allard was found dead under circumstances that remain unclear. Born in 1924, she was married to Roger George Allard, and together they had three children: Paul Gary Allard, Peter Charles Allard, and Susan Diane Allard.
