On a warm summer evening in Nashville, Tennessee, the life of James Eddie Clark, a 60-year-old male, was brought to a violent and abrupt end. On Thursday, July 28, 2011, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Clark was seated in his white Mercury Mountaineer at the intersection of Charlotte Pike and Lellyett Street when the fatal encounter occurred. Another vehicle, a gold Pontiac Aztec, pulled up behind him, setting the stage for a tragedy that would leave a lasting mark on the community.
