In the late afternoon of August 31, 2017, a life was tragically cut short in the parking lot of the Hickory Trace Apartments on Hickory Hollow Place in Antioch, a neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee. Kevion Tate, an 18-year-old male, was found shot and was rushed to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
