On a tragic day in January of 2008, the life of Aaron Settipani, a 41-year-old Caucasian male, was abruptly ended. The events unfolded in the quiet town of Marshfield, Maine, where Settipani was visiting the home of 29-year-old Katie Cabana. It was in the early morning hours of January 23rd that Richard W. Widdecomb Jr., Cabana's 25-year-old ex-boyfriend, arrived at her residence armed and upset over their recent breakup.
