On July 4, 2015, in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, 40-year-old Eric Jorgensen was found deceased in the kitchen of his Montgomery Road residence. The discovery was made by local police conducting a welfare check after a family friend expressed concern over the family's unresponsiveness. Tragically, Eric's parents, 71-year-old Svend Jorgensen and 75-year-old Carol Jorgensen, were also found dead in their Lakeside Drive home, approximately two miles away.
