James Angelo, a 27-year-old security guard at Mercy Hospital in Portland, Maine, was tragically shot and killed in the early morning hours of September 7, 2008. He was conducting a routine check in the hospital's doctors' parking lot on Winter Street around 4 a.m. when he was shot in the back of the neck.
