On October 5, 2020, Richard E. Bowden Jr., 64, and his wife, Tina J. Bowden, also 64, were found deceased in their Waldo, Maine, home. Both had sustained fatal gunshot wounds to the head. The couple's deaths were later ruled homicides.

The investigation led authorities to Glenn Brown, 66, of Benton, Maine, who was Tina Bowden's brother. Brown turned himself in to the Belfast Police Department, where he confessed to the shootings. He was subsequently arrested and charged with two counts ...Read More
