A man goes missing and his remains are discovered 2 years later
The case of Charles E. Woodburn, whose remains were found in 2014, remains an unsolved mystery. Woodburn had disappeared in 2002 but was not reported missing until 2010 after his wife, Diane Darling Woodburn, passed away. His skeletal remains were discovered in August 2014, buried in a shallow grave in the front yard of his former home in Jefferson, Maine. The discovery confirmed that Woodburn had been a victim of homicide.
