In a quiet Auburn, Maine, apartment on June 19, 2022, a tragedy unfolded that cut short the life of 21-year-old Kelzie Marie Caron, a White female and mother of two young daughters. Responding to a report of a cardiac arrest at a residence on Fourth Street, police and fire personnel made a grim discovery.
