A woman is abandoned at an ER by an anonymous man
On October 13, 1984, 25-year-old Beverly Polchies was found in critical condition after being dropped off at Eastern Maine Medical Center by an unidentified man. The driver, who described her injuries as the result of a car accident, quickly left the scene before providing any additional information. Beverly died shortly after her arrival at the hospital, and her death was later ruled a homicide.
