On the evening of April 2, 1992, in Billings, Montana, a tragic event unfolded that would cut short the life of a young woman. Sixteen-year-old Natalie Hertz, a female, was inside a residence located on the south side of the city. The ordinary moments of the day were suddenly shattered by an act of violence that came from outside the home.
