Toni Lynn Ingrassia, a 28-year-old white female from Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically murdered in 1994. Her body was discovered near Interstate 95, close to the Joseph Stein and Son pallet company where Joseph Roy Metheny, a known serial killer, was employed. Ingrassia had struggled with addiction for much of her adult life and had not seen her family since November 1993. However, in the months leading up to her death, she was reportedly working to overcome her addiction and lead a new life.
