On January 8, 2023, 45-year-old Carlos Delao of Billings, Montana, was tragically killed in a violent crime spree. While waiting in his running vehicle outside a residence on Avenue F, Delao was approached by a man who opened his car door and fatally shot him in the head. The assailant then stole Delao's vehicle, a Chevy Tahoe, and fled the scene.
