Dean Randolph, a 42-year-old resident of Billings, Montana, was found dead on July 5, 2014, in what was determined to be a homicide. His body was discovered in his home on the 100 block of South 32nd Street.

The Billings Police Department responded to the scene after receiving a call requesting a welfare check. Upon arrival, they found Randolph deceased with injuries indicative of homicide.
