In the summer of 2014, the city of Billings, Montana, was rocked by the discovery of a local man's untimely death. On July 5th, police were called to a residence on the 100 block of South 32nd Street for a welfare check. Inside, they found the body of 42-year-old Dean Randolph. It was immediately apparent that he had not died of natural causes, and investigators quickly determined that he was the victim of a homicide.
