Khoen Robert Parker, a 15-year-old sophomore at Senior High School in Billings, Montana, tragically lost his life on January 16, 2022. He was shot and killed at Castle Rock Park in Billings Heights.

Billings Police responded to reports of a shooting at the park in the early morning hours, but initially found no victim. They did, however, discover empty shell casings in the area. Khoen's body was later found, and his death was ruled a homicide.
