Thomas L. White, a 28-year-old Caucasian male, died on Friday, June 6, 2014, in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, following a confrontation with police. The events leading to his death began at approximately 9:00 p.m. when officers from the Coeur d'Alene Police Department were dispatched to a domestic disturbance on Dragon Fly Drive. Just before the police arrived, White had reportedly left the residence with a gun.
