Arlene Mary Warren, a 62-year-old woman from Eureka Springs, Arkansas, was last seen at her home on June 14, 2010, around 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. According to her son, who was present at the time, she disappeared suddenly without him noticing her leave. She took her purse with her but left behind critical medication for her bipolar disorder. Warren had a history of leaving home unannounced but typically returned within a few days.
