On a tragic day in Moscow, Idaho, 47-year-old Belinda Smith Niebuhr, a Caucasian female, lost her life in a senseless act of violence on January 10, 2015. A beloved mother and the manager of a local Arby's restaurant, she was known by her coworkers as a loving, nurturing, and caring individual, some of whom even considered her a mother figure.
