Mazen Al-Qaisi, a 24-year-old resident of Boise, Idaho, was found dead in his home on May 8, 2016. His death was ruled a homicide, caused by gunshot wounds.

The Boise Police Department investigated the incident and determined that it was a murder-suicide. The other individual found deceased in the home was 32-year-old LouAnn Nettleton.
