Timothy Pouliot, a 24-year-old from Manchester, NH, was fatally shot on January 27, 2023, outside The Goat Bar and Grill. The incident occurred around 12:50 a.m. following an argument that escalated into a confrontation outside the bar.

John Delee, a 23-year-old from Salem, NH, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder. The shooting was captured on video, which was used as evidence in court. Delee was found guilty of both knowingly and recklessly causing Pouliot's death.
